Standard medication requests generally take 2-4 business days. Special order medications and prescription food requests can take 7-10 business days depending on our current stock. We try our best to accommodate emergency fills the same day, but can not guarantee it. Please let us know how much of your pet's medication you still have left, so we can try to expedite your request if needed. Thank you!

Prescription requests are processed Monday - Saturday, 8:30 am - 6:30 pm (closed Sunday). Most medication can be pre-filled for quick and easy pick up. Controlled drugs (such as buprenorphine, codeine, alprazolam, etc.) and compounded medications cannot be filled prior to client arrival. Wait times for medication fills may vary based on patient volume and staff availability.
