Financial Options
At Access Veterinary Care, payment is due at time of service. While we don’t offer any in-house payment plans, there are a variety of companies and foundations which offer monthly payments or provide financial assistance! We recommend signing up for your preferred financial program as early in the process as possible.
We understand that paying for your pet’s care can be stressful and daunting. We strive to be transparent with pricing, and accept as many forms of payment and financial assistance as possible. If you have any questions about price during your visit, please don’t hesitate to ask.
If there are any programs, payment methods, or grants not listed below that you would like to use, please let us know!

What does a quote include?
The quotes listed on this page are general estimates for the procedure and anesthesia. They do not include office visit fees, medications, diagnostics, add-on procedures, etc.
A comprehensive estimate will be given to you at your surgical consultation once we have a better picture of your pet’s particular needs. We strive to make all our in-house estimates, given at your initial visit, as detailed as possible. We are unable to guarantee estimates – unforeseen services may be needed in some cases, depending on the severity of your pets condition.
If you have any questions about your pet’s personal estimate, any of the estimates provided below, or have questions about the listed financial options, please let us know!
Deposit requirements
A deposit is required to schedule all non-emergent procedures. Deposits range from $100 – $300 depending on the total cost of the procedure. The deposit will go toward your final total and is refundable up to 48 hours prior to the visit. Any cancelations or rescheduling less than 48 hours prior to your original appointment will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
