We want to share an update regarding upcoming changes to our pricing. As many of you know, we’ve worked hard to keep our fees significantly lower than average – often even below some subsidized clinics. Even as we work toward becoming a nonprofit clinic, we remain a small, locally owned practice operating without subsidies. This means we rely solely on our services to cover the cost of providing care, supporting our staff, and keeping our doors open for the community.
With rising costs across the board, it has become necessary for us to adjust some of our prices so we can continue providing high-quality care and fair wages for our team. After careful review, we will be adjusting prices in two phases to help us continue offering high-quality, accessible veterinary care:
Phase 1 – Starting December 8th:
We will be updating the prices of services that directly support our staff and in-clinic operations, such as office visit fees and select in-clinic laboratory tests and services. These changes ensure we can maintain competitive wages and the level of service you expect from our team.

- Visit Fees
- Urgent Care ($85)
- NEW! Recheck with a CVT ($60)
- NEW! Lab test only or medication administration only for established patients ($45)
- Select In House Lab Tests
- X-rays ($220 average, $115 for bladder x-rays and for neonates)
- Select In House Treatments
Phase 2 – Between February – March 2025:
Once we receive finalized 2025 pricing from our vendors, we will adjust the costs of medications, procedures, external laboratory services, and our preventative care clinic offerings. Our priority is to keep these increases as modest as possible, especially for higher-cost items such as surgeries.

We remain deeply committed to keeping veterinary care as affordable and accessible as we can. These adjustments allow us to continue providing high-quality care, sustain our staff, and be here for you and your pets for years to come. We will also continue offering a wide range of payment options and third-party financing plans so families can choose the approach that works best for them – something that truly sets our clinic apart.
